When I started working again I was totally in a mess because my baby always needed me. I had some embarrassing situations due to a leakage of milk. My baby was 16 months old and I decided to stop breast feeding. I have to admit that that was the most stressful period for me and my baby. I didn’t want take tablets to stop lactation because they do not guarantee success and can also have some nasty side effects that I do not need, especially if I have to go to work.
Possible Negative Effects
Orthostatic hypotension, nasal congestion, weakness, vomiting and drowsiness. It rarely occurs in susceptible patients, constipation, dyspepsia, psychomotor restlessness and vasospasm in the extremities. But a lot of my friends used to take tablets. I didn’t want to. I asked my gynecologist what to do. She told me that packs of parsley or cabbage and cold packs can help. Milking a little, so that discounts the tension, not to the end. She told me to avoid sweets and liquids. After three bad nights my baby took a bottle. I had to get away from my baby. She was crying but I was persistent. My husband was trying to calm the baby and I was trying to hide from my precious.
It is easier to stop breastfeeding for babies but mothers generally may have some problems. It may come up the mastitis.
